After you have created your document and have sent it to print, the document will be placed in a virtual post-box. Your document will be sent at the pre-set end-of-day time that your organisation has chosen. Documents can be placed on hold or recalled from the virtual post-box.
Each document has a unique ID. This shows the status of sent, delivered or in the case of digital communication, seen or not seen.
Every document submitted to Publisure is identified by a Unique ID which creates an audit trail starting from the moment the document is submitted.
The audit trail records user ID, date and time of submission, document name and postcode. We are partnered with Royal Mail Mailmark™ which allows for tracking of document delivery through their postal OBS system, and this information can be passed back and displayed on our dashboards.
Each user has access to a “virtual post box”, which contains the details of a document and its status such as pending, posted, emailed, viewed. Most importantly, prior to an “End of Day”, a user can place any document on hold, or if an error has been made, permanently recall it to prevent it from being posted.
