Accessibility statement for Publisure Hybrid Mail Interfaces

Accessibility statement for Publisure Hybrid Mail Interfaces

Publisure is committed to developing user interfaces that support those with disabilities.

For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
  • zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software

This covers our user based client interfaces including our intelligent print driver, Post Box and Publisure Lite applications.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. The Publisure print driver known as POD, user PostBox and Publisure Lite interfaces are conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA.

Known Limitations

The current iteration of our Publisure platform (v8.1) provides accessible user interfaces for all user based submission, management and receipt of digital documents via Publisure Lite. It currently  excludes the back office administration interfaces used to initially set up and configure the Publisure application.
